When Ivan bought his house, this was a relatively quiet neighborhood. But when the housing market crashed and Ivan’s neighbor tried to sell the house next door, they quickly found out that no one was buying – so they had to rent. Since then, Ivan has had some interesting neighbors – including a drug dealer at one point – but the worst neighbor he has had so far is Crystal. Loud parties, people coming and going at all hours of the night, cars parked in his flowerbeds, all sorts of annoying problems he’s never had before – and they are pissing him off. Last night he called the cops on the little party animal, hoping they might get better results than he’s had so far. They did manage to get the party quieted down a little, but the next day, Ivan gets a little visit from the social butterfly herself. She’s still dressed in her party outfit, complete with high heels, but she’s not in a partying mood – she’s pissed. She starts to berate Ivan for calling the cops on her, but he has absolutely no sympathy for her. She continues to fuss, making it clear that he’ll need to find another solution to his problem, but luckily, he has one handy: a bag of rope, complete with a gag for that whiny mouth of hers. Soon enough, she’s all tied up on his chair, pouting and bitching, even as he shifts her so she’s kneeling on the chair, her ankles tied to her wrists. Only at that point does she even apologize, but he doesn’t think she’s learned her lesson. Maybe in a few more hours. In the meantime, she’s still too loud, so he adds a layer to her gag, then sets her down on her stomach across the arm of the chair. In the end, he takes her home – just like she is – and leaves her on the doorstep.
